I'm currently working with an exciting logistics business who are enjoying a sustained period of growth. They are looking to invest in their sales team off the back of their continued success with the addition of a number of new business focused Business Development Managers.

This is a typical field sales / Business Development Manager role. It's a 100% new business position, in which you'd be expected to create & attend approximately 12 meetings/week. Territory wise you'd be covering a regional West Midlands area & will be focusing on SME businesses selling the company's sameday logistics services.

Package: £35k basic salary, £50k OTE year one (expected £70k OTE year two), car allowance, fuel card, laptop, phone etc.

We're looking for new business focused Business Development Managers. You will have experience broadly speaking within the logistics / freight market, whether that be for a large carrier; an independent; a distributor; parcels company or pallet network. You must have a strong field sales track record within the logistics sector & be keen to work for an ambitious, progressive company - where there will be opportunities for potential promotions.
