We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Administrator for a leading Logistics company based in Coventry.

This will be working on a temporary to Permanent basic and can be an immediate start!

Hours of work are 37.5 hours between the hours of 7am - 7pm Monday - Friday and 1 in 5 Saturdays with a day off in the week.

The Customer Support Team really are the front line and always have to have their finger on the pulse, they support their customers 24/7 365 days a year. The company strategically stock holds critical parts for customer at one of their 32 locations, allowing them to get those parts to our customer's engineers in a little time as 4 hours. These tight deadlines means they make sure that the customer is updated at every step of the way, through exceptional customer service.

You will have a real desire to find solutions to problems first time and will be given you the training and the tools to achieve this. The team's core responsibility is to order parts for their customers, using in-house systems and their own judgement to ensure the correct part is picked from the best location to ensure the deadlines the customer has are met, they also oversee the picking of stock locations, track the delivery to the door, keeping the customer updated and informed every step of the way. The company also provide a lot of bespoke reports and admin functions for our customers. Customer Support has a proud history of their staff progressing into new roles and the skills and experience you will gain in this department will provide you with an excellent platform to do so.

To be successful it is essential that you instinctively want to help people, have patience and empathy with others, with a 'Nothing is too much trouble' attitude. You need to take ownership of the issues you deal with, be able to provide good clear communication, and read between the lines to understand what the underlying issue is. Attention to detail is essential, as well as being able to work under pressure, because of the bespoke services this company offer we need to have a willingness to keep learning.

Previous Customer Support experience would be an advantage, but not essential if you have the right transferable skills. Being comfortable with email, Word and Excel is essential.
