Field Sales Manager - OPEN TO CANDIDATES NATIONALLY

Up to £42,000 OTE £50,000+ Company Vehicle/Mobile/Tablet

Parna have partnered up with a fantastic forward thinking FMCG Company that are looking for commercial and hands on field sales manager to join their growing team due to a company restructure.

Our client, a well known brand within the Electronic Cigarette / Vaping market whom have strong existing relationships with Vape stores and have a large distribution network that stretches across the UK and Europe. You will be managing a small growing team that are passionate about their brands and products and are looking for someone to lead from the top and drive the companies KPIs.

You will be working very closely with the Director of the business in setting the companies goals, supporting in compiling the KPIs and driving the team to deliver!

The Benefits:

Up to £42,000 Salary, Attractive Bonus/Commission Structure up to £10,000 Company Car, Mobile Phone, Tablet and expenses.

The Role:

Working alongside the directors, your main focus would be concentrating on driving the team to deliver on their sales.

The client base will initially be, vape stores, wholeseller and potentially some international channels. You will be responsible for driving the teams sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Driving company KPIs and executing them across the team
  • Training and Shadowing the team
  • Recruitment of the team.
  • Working with budgets and setting KPIs to take the business where it needs to be
  • Annual reviews/general HR for the team
  • Reporting to senior management - need to be strong with Excel
  • Representing the company with the highest of standards at all times.


The Ideal Candidate:

  • You would be a dynamic field sales manager or a regional manager with experience of man management.
  • Driven, hungry for success with a the ability to build respect within your team in order to get the best out of them.
  • A go getter that is forthcoming with new ideas and procedures.
  • A passion and interest in Vaping would be desirable (not essential)
  • Have an understanding of the convenience and independent sector, buying groups etc.

Travel is essential within the role both to head office in Manchester and also occassional travel when conducting Field Visits.

The Package - up to £42,000 + £10k annual bonus, company car, fuel card, Mobile & Tablet
