T2M Resourcing is working with a leading global mechanical & plant engineering firm specialising in hi-tech automation to appoint a Sales Director. The role is Midlands based and would require some national and occasional international travel. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a highly successful company with a lean leadership team thus requiring an individual who can not only fulfil the Sales Director remit but also add significant value to the management of the business.
As Sales Director, reporting to the MD, you will lead the Sales & Marketing teams and ensure short and long term strategic planning execution. With responsibility for all service activities, you will be required to drive profitable growth in this area and ensure effective strategies for business development and marketing.
From a capital plant equipment, automation or robotics background (ideally aligned to the automotive industry) the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to develop key business relationships and represent the company at the top level.
