Purchase Ledger Clerk
Great opportunity for a Purchase Ledger clerk based in north birmingham
Your new company
This growing organisation is situation in brand new offices in the North East area of Birmingham. They are looking for a Purchase ledger Clerk on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The role will involve dealing with all aspects of the Purchase Ledger from start to finish. This will include, reconciliations, invoicing, BACS, payment runs, it will involve having great attention to detail. There will be a back log of invoices to process on arrival. It will also require dealing with timesheets, looking over them for queries and dealing with discrepancies.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be highly experienced in Accounts Payable previously. They will be able to get to the North East Birmingham area on a daily basis. They will have great attention to detail and be able to pick up on discrepancies and errors on timesheets. Previous experience dealing with timesheets is preferred but not essential.
