Customer Service Advisor
As a Customer Service advisor you will play an important part in providing support to the customers and dealing with their queries.
My client are one of the largest housing associations across the Midlands area. They are looking to expand their customer service team by two.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, providing easy access to the housing and repairs services
- You will deal with customers via email and phone with the aim of resolving any issues in a timely manner
- You will receive and process all requests from customers, including but not limited to, diagnosing repairs, arranging appointments, processing rent payments, lettings, tenancy and anti-social behaviour enquiries.
-Ideally you have previously worked within a housing association as a customer service advisor.
-You must have the ability to communicate clearly and remain calm in challenging situations.
