My client from the insurance sector iis looking to expand their team!

If you have experience providing office based admininstrative or customer service support I am keen to hear from you!

The role is available either on a full or part-time basis, should you wish to be considered for the role on a part-time basis the hours will be 3 hours per day Monday- Friday.

The day to day of the role you will be providing administrative support to the Account Managers.

This will include:
- answering questions and queries via the telephone
- using Microsoft office packages
- customer correspondence via email
- organise and store paperwork
- liaise with staff across departments

The ideal candidate will:

- have office based customer service/administrative experience
- have an outgoing, bubbly personality
- be able to multi task
- be pro-active in their approach to their work load
- be quick to pick up new skills
