A fantastic opportunity is available for a Business Change Technical Officer at a large utility company in Warwick, we are looking for employees to join our expanding team who show commitment and dedication to providing an excellent service to customers as well as being tenacious and methodical at all times.

Experience Required:

Experience of providing administration in a fast paced changing environment essential

Attention to detail, accuracy and desire for continual improvement

Excellent written and oral communication skills combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels

Good time management and ability to work to challenging deadlines

Familiarity with MS Excel and Sharepoint essential

Proficient in the use of MS Powerpoint

Familiarity with MS Access preferable

Experience of work planning / project management administration

Previous experience with SAP is preferable

Effective prioritisation

Key Tasks:

Support management to achieve its business objectives. Act as Technical Secretary at weekly and monthly governance meetings as well as other key internal and external working groups.

Coordination of governance documentation including ensuring appropriate sign off and maintaining project files and additional information, making it available to auditors on request.

Ensure consistent standards and processes for admin and correspondence activities within the team.

Manage the team Hub including the production/updates of the relevant KPIs.

Co-ordinate and support the internal and external engagement trackers and support the
production of the engagement material.

Book and schedule meetings/ workshops for the team.

Co-ordinate, collate and support the production of agreements/documents.

Organise and arrange work activities, sometimes of a complex nature, with minimum supervision, to support the operation of the department.

Contributes to the measurement of departmental/team performance. To provide general administrative support where required.
