Customer Service Advisor CSA
Due to rapid growth and continuous success we are delighted to confirm that we are currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor (CSA) to join our Fortem team at our Birmingham branch for one year on a fixed term contract. Responsible for supporting efficient service delivery to customers; effective communication and completion of work within a defined area. You will monitor, prioritise and evaluate customer enquiries to ensure positive resolution is provided. As a CSA you will liaise with trades and sub-contractors regularly to ensure work allocated is as planned, providing feedback to Supervisor and Planner if adjustment is needed.
Our Birmingham Branch covers the whole of South Birmingham. The branch employs roughly 270 people servicing over 26,000 homes per year. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful and expanding business.
