First Personnel are recruiting for a School Administrator to join us on a temporary basis throughout the academic year.
Working Monday to Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm you will join an experienced team to undertake duties such as:
- Answering the telephone
- Responding to queries and complaints via telephone and email
- Updating the SIMS system with pupil data and attendance
- General Administration support
The successful candidate must:
- Have a minimum of 1 years experience within a School office
- Have previous experience of SIMS/CMIS
- Be able to demonstrate strong organisation
- Confident and strong telephone manner
- Ability to deal with queries and complaints
The school does offer on-site parking and is also on good public transport links.
