Assistant Management Accountant

In the role of Assistant Management Accountant you will support the Management Accountant in the production and delivery of financial reporting including monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations and statutory audit.
As the ideal candidate you will also support the budget and forecasting process and demonstrate accurate and precise account skills.
You will be responsible for the following:
·Ensuring accurate and timely management accounts are produced and circulated
·Support in the production of management accounts for the larger trading divisions
·Reconcile the associated balance sheet accounts
·Support the budget, forecasting and 3-year planning process
·Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis in line with business needs and finance requirements
·Support the preparation and submission of statutory year end and half year audit documentation
·Ensuring the relevant accruals & pre-payments are processed
·Assist the Management Accountant and the wider Finance team in the effective reporting to the Board
·Be responsible for the weekly Analysis Of Turnover reporting
In return you will be offered a salary of £20,000 to £23,000, free parking, generous holiday, an hour for lunch and the opportunity to work in a fantastic working environment.
You will also be provided study support towards your ACCA or CIMA.
