Property Contracts Manager
The Midcounties Co-operative are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance & Contracts Manager. To join our Property Services team based in Warwick.
Reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will manage all elements of the repair and maintenance process for our trading and and non-trading properties.
You will review central contracts across a variety of categories, including internal and external stakeholders. Identifying and recommending where efficiencies can be achieved and confirming if current contracts are fit for purpose. Supported by the Procurement Team on contract negotiations and implementation, you will research and develop the specification for new contracts to deliver the Society’s strategic objectives, ensuring consistent compliance.
Along side the management of the Societies Property repair and Maintenance contracts you will be responsible for Line Managing the Property Help Desk team.
