Web Chat Advisor - Coventry - Temp/3 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are currently recruiting for Web Chat Customer Representatives on both a 3 and 6 month fixed term contract basis to join our team in Coventry. You will work within a team to meet the needs of new and existing customers, providing support, resolving problems and delivering exceptional customer service through digital channels (web chat/email).
So, what will you be doing as a Web Chat Customer Representative?
· Helping customers with queries and transactions via email and web chat
· Processing key admin tasks on our systems to support internal processes
· Meeting Customers' fair and reasonable expectations, providing fair outcomes in all interactions
· Ensure all work is carried out to a high level of accuracy in line with our company quality and compliance standards.
· Complete training as mandated by the company and regulated by the FCA
We're looking for people who are able to:

And have the following experience:
· Basic computer skills
· Delivery of exceptional customer service
It is essential that a good understanding of all products and benefits are obtained. No insurance experience is necessary; we will invest in your training from day one.
Please note that we have 3 and 6 month fixed term contracts available starting in June 2017.
You will work 37.5 hours per week between their operational hours of 0800-1830 Monday to Friday.
You will be paid the pro-rata-ed equivalent of £16,670.
