Customer Service Assistant
A customer focused administrator/scheduler is required to prioritise, schedule and progress service calls. Operate a computerised Service Management System you will interface and coordinate activities between our engineers and clients, to ensure Service Level Agreements and customer expectations are met, whilst productivity is maximised. This will be performed alongside service administrative duties. Experience of a similar position is required, but not necessarily in IT. You will be a true ambassador of Qcom Customer Service ethos.
