This exciting opportunity is based in the heart of Birmingham City Centre which offers excellent public transport links in and out of the city. Your new role
This position is an excellent opportunity working front of house on reception where you will be the initial point of contact for customers and ensure that a professional customer service approach is delivered. Your responsibilities will include answering phones, performing administration tasks and you will also be assisting the Office Manager. You will provide admin support to staff members on a daily basis and you will be involved in new and upcoming projects.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience within a receptionist role is essential and you will show excellent communicational skills and will be professionally presented. You will be advanced in using the full Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. As you will be working within a large office, the ability to work within a team is crucial.
