I am actively recruiting on behalf of an industry leading automotive client, based in Whitley, who are seeking a General Administrator to work within their Administration and Clerical department. They require a General Administrator to support the Performance Consultant with the Hourly Competency Assessment Process. The responsibilities of the role are varied and include: answering customer queries using a HR ticketing system, filing paperwork submitted from Line Managers, escalating and tracking IT concerns and ensuring customer queries are continuously resolved.

They have outlined some key skills that they require of the new Administrator; the skills that they have deemed as essential are experience in Microsoft Excel, business administration experience and experience of responding to queries on the phone and by email.

Experience that they are keen to see in a candidate includes familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint, SAP and Nakisa organisational charts.

The choice candidate should be in possession of the key skills required by the role and should show evidence of the experience required throughout their CV.
