Bravissimo is a dynamic multi-channel retailer that provides lingerie, swimwear and clothing for women who are D-L cup. We want big boobed women to feel amazing about themselves, and we aim to inspire our customers to celebrate their figures and feel good about themselves. We have 28 shops in the UK as well as a well-established e-commerce and mail order operation which accounts for 45% of the company’s £50m turnover. We have ambitious and ground breaking plans and are looking for a HR professional who wants to be part of a changing organisation where people and culture are at the forefront. This role will support the Senior People Business Partner in areas such as Retail, Warehouse, Customer Services and Marketing & Brand to ensure we are giving the best to, and getting the best out of our people in order to achieve our business results and ignite further loyalty from our customers.
About the role
As a member of the People and Culture team, you will help to inspire our leaders and managers by creating or supporting them with advice, tools and techniques which create great teams and a great culture. You will be responsible for working with and supporting business leaders to implement long and short term people plans whilst also being a go to for employee relations queries and a wide range of people matters. Creating great relationships with our business leaders and teams will be key to the role and the ability to think on your feet, be autonomous and work with pace will be crucial. You will be required to help diagnose what our leaders and people require to enhance performance, plan the appropriate approaches and devise solutions or services which really make a difference.
Bravissimo is in a period of growth and change and our team of c.800 will increase significantly over the next few years. We are looking for an experienced HR professional with high emotional intelligence and a proven ability to think creatively and not just replicate what other organisations do. We like different, and you’ll need to be truly innovative to ensure we continue to raise people experience, performance and loyalty as we grow. You are someone who has passion and flair for creating new and improved ways of doing things and you are not frightened of trying and learning new things. You will be able to work on multiple people projects whilst delivering day to day advice. As an influencer to leaders and teams within the business, you should have the ability to make complex matters simple and value working as a team. You have the confidence to challenge and influence whilst also being a good listener.
