Mortgage Intermediary Administrator
Being part of the Intermediary Administration Team you support, develop and promote the growth of the Society’s Intermediary introduced mortgage business,by providing accurate and timely administrative support to the Society’s panel of mortgage intermediaries.
Intermediaries (who are mortgage advisors, IFA’s or brokers) provide the Society with the majority of our new mortgage business. The Intermediary Administration team have grown substantially and are looking for a team member to provide accurate and timely administration support to our panel of Intermediary partners.
What the role involves
Processing new registrations to our panel of intermediaries
Prepare mortgage illustrations
Respond to all broker administration enquiries
Input data onto our intermediary database
Communicate verbally with brokers
Identify indicators of potential mortgage fraud
Recent experience of working within customer service or back office administration
Excellent attention to detail
Evidence of working towards goals or performance measures
Flexible, positive, hardworking and driven in nature.
Intermediaries pride themselves on excellent service, so you will be expected to achieve agreed quality standards and turnaround times
Previous experience is not required as you will be supported by your team to enable you to operate with minimal supervision.
