To manage the nursing care and support to residents in the nursing home in a manner that enhances the quality of their life. To provide professional leadership and support to the staff, residents and relatives.To assist the Manager/Deputy Manager and act for him/her in their absence over a full range of duties.To take particular responsibility for an area of work as agreed with the Nursing Care Manager.

You will be required to work long days/short days, weekends and some nights. You will need to assess plan, deliver and evaluate resident care, in order to achieve the highest standards.
