We are very excited to be working with our prestigious client based in Birmingham who is at the forefront of providing back office payroll and account management services to their clients. Due to recent growth, they are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their successful team.
You will be managing key account relationships, maximising account potential through exceptional delivery and working closely with clients across numerous sites. You will need to be a highly proactive and professional individual capable of engaging at all levels and developing strong business relationships.
As the key point of contact you will resolve any queries quickly and take pride in getting things done.
Your role will include travel to various sites 2/3 time per week working hand-in-hand with your clients. Being the key point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering the agreed SLA and weekly KPI’s.
We are looking to talk with experienced Account Managers who have a strong account management background and relevant experience of managing multiple clients. You need to be an exceptionally professional and credible individual with excellent communication skills, able to gain the respect of your clients and manage their expectations.
The role will be fast-paced and varied, making it the ideal role for someone that thrives in a demanding role whilst maintaining their integrity with their clients.
Previous experience in a payroll environment would be an advantage.
