*** Full time (40 hours per week) shifts are on a rota basis between 8am - 9pm Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm Saturday and 9am - 6pm Sunday***

Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for fraud advisors to work for one of our very reputable outsourcers based in Coventry. Our client is a market leader in their industry and offer a range of financial services to a number of high profile banks and financial institutions across the globe; due to expansion they are now looking for talented and experienced individuals to join their fraud advisors team. Based in the Coventry area, the client offers a state of the art work environment with a number of on-site incentives including free car parking, subsidised canteen and a modern and spacious working space where each agent will be given their own desk.

Role outline

Taking inbound calls from customers who feel their account has been subject to fraudulent activity

Making outbound calls to account holders you feel may have had some type of fraudulent activity occur on their card

Spotting anomalies in data which could be a sign of fraud

Establishing with clients their spending history and patterns


Starting salary of £16,432

Working hours on a 3 weekly rota basis (candidates must be flexible between 8am-9pm


Previous financial contact centre experience preferable but not essential

Good understanding or interest in financial services

Logical and analytical thinker

Ability to solve complex problems and spot trends and patterns in data

Call centre experience is extremely beneficial

Excellent customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills
