As an Purchase Ledger Clerk you will responsible for completing payment and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual seeking to join a busy accountancy team.

This Purchase Ledger role will include the following duties;

    • Maintenance of the Accounts Payable functions for UK manufacturing locations.

    • Liaise with Central Finance Accounts Payable personnel.

    • Ensuring group finance procedures are adhered to within our current

      working practices.

    • Ensuring timely payments to vendors including manual payments.

    • GRN reconciliation and resolution disputes.

    • Liaison with suppliers regarding disputes.

    • Any other projects or tasks assigned to you by the management



Successful candidate will be

  • Have worked as an Accounts Payable Clerk previously
  • Sap experience would advantageous but not essential.
  • Excellent communication skills
