Recruitment Sales Consultant
This recruitment role will see you focus on attracting a high volume and high quality of applicants to our company using both traditional and non-traditional recruitment methods.
This is a role that is as big as you make it - we need a solution finder who is willing to think outside of the box to get results and go the extra mile!
You will need to be:
Intense - you will jump in on any task required with enthusiasm to help our team
Quick on your feet - able to think and act quickly and make your own decisions to get things done
Reliable - be on time and prepared for your workload each day
Fun - we are a competitive sales team; our support staff mean the world to us and we want someone who fits in and want to have a laugh with us too!
·Managing the lobby - greeting candidates
·Managing job applications
·Calling applicants to discuss potential job opportunities
·HR - processing new starter paperwork
·Administration - tracking and recording of recruitment processes
·Organising appointments for the MD
·Calling organisations to discuss potential candidates, training and job opportunities
·Business Development with elements of Telesales
·Maintaining the professional, fun and friendly image of the business
