A HR Onboarding Coordinator in Birmingham. FTC for 12 months. Salary £18000 to £24000.
Your new company
A global facilities management organisation based in the UK with over 80,000 employees worldwide. Due to a large period of growth a HR Onboarding Administrator is required on fixed term contract of 12 months.
Your new role
The HR Onboarding Administrator will support the HR & Resourcing team by providing an accurate and efficient offer and new starter service. The postholder will be responsible for producing new starter offer and contract paperwork and that onboarding documents are recorded and tracked. The HR Onboarding Administrator will advise with new starters on company benefits and entitlements. The role will also liaise with fleet and other benefit providers.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that candidates have previous HR or inhouse recruitment team experience. It is essential that candidates are well organised, have strong communication skills and enjoy working within a fast paced environment.
What you'll get in return
Salary of £18000 to £24000 dependent on experience.
