£18,000- £25,000pa, depending on experience

Full Time- Monday to Friday, 8:30am- 5:30pm

I am seeking an experienced Customer Service Co-ordinator that is fluent in speak and writing German for a fantastic opportunity at a large logistics company based in Cannock. The company specialises in Manufacturing and Logistics transporting automotive parts back and forth with Germany.

Fluent German Customer Service Co-ordinator responsibilities

  • Main contact between the company and their automotive customers predominately in Germany
  • Obtaining updates from hauliers that are delivering goods and dealing with any arising issues
  • Booking time slots for deliveries into plants using customer's portal
  • Dealing with any customer queries or problems
  • Ensuring that deliveries into the plants run as smoothly as possible and are on time
  • KPI data collection for delivery times
  • General administration duties

Fluent German Customer Service Co-ordinator Requirements:

  • Fluent German language skills are required for this position

  • Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing industry

  • Must have transport, logistics or freight
  • Excellent with Microsoft Office

  • Excellent organisational skills, and an ability to work under pressure

  • Be a confident and sharp witted individual, ability to be a member of a team, working with fellow colleagues

  • Must have a valid driver's licence
