L&D Co-Coordinator - Wolverhampton 1 years contract

Working within HR this role is to act as the primary point of contract for all on site training delivery arrangements to ensure smooth running of Technical Training.

Working alongside a Functional Consultant to engage and follow up with training providers to deliver an annual training plan. Provide status reports against delivery plans, coordinate the ongoing phased launch of a recently developed competency framework, develop and execute communication plans and ongoing administrative requirements to support the framework , support the coordination of the induction and onboarding arrangements in line with recruitment.

Candidates with have strong data analysis and IT skills, have the ability to collate and disseminate a large volume of data into meaningful outputs, the ability to engage with and influence both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, candidates must have 2-4 years of L&D administration experience, have utilised learning management systems as part of a previous role, strong data analysis, ideally qualified to graduate level, with CIPD qualifications or equivalent, operational HR experience would be beneficial as would experience of using Success Factors for learning.
