Business Development Manager
Our client, a 'proptech business', is looking to recruit a number of Business Development Managers in a variety of UK locations. The business has grown rapidly from its inception 3 years ago and its suite of innovative products are quickly taking market share in its sector. The company, which sells it's exciting software tools into the property market has quickly developed an extensive and enviable customer base. The Business Development Manager (s) role will report to the Commercial Director and its opportunities and challenges will be varied and extensive.
The key deliverable of growing the a profitable (and personally lucrative) business will be achieved through a truly consultative sales approach. Strong relationship management and the ability to understand the property market will ensure success in this role as will the tenacity to succeed. Vital is understanding long term customers, not churn and burn - it's not the culture of the business.
Supported by an in-house marketing team who will support the lead generation process with multiple marketing campaigns, though this role will proactively input into the process and help define and shape the lead journey. The perfect candidate will be fresh for success but bring integrity and authority to this role and make it their own. The culture of the business believes that hard work and results should be rewarded; this role has an uncapped commission structure and has huge scope due to this sector's rapid growth.
