I am currently recruiting for a HR Administrator for a Training organisation. They have three local offices within the West Midlands who after continued rapid growth within the business, they are looking for additional assistance in Human Resources.

This role will be based between their Walsall and Wolverhampton office.

Main Duties:

Co-ordinate in conjunction with HR Advisors.

Raise contracts for new staff and manage entire new starter process from offer stage to probation and performance reviews.

Assisting line managers with the new starter induction process.

Organise & co-ordinate group induction programme

Provide administration support to HR team for the implementation of key projects.

Takes responsibility for the continuous improvement of all standard documentation, including standard letters, policies, forms and procedures

Take responsibility for collating and producing HR KPI’s.

Ensures all changes to personnel are followed up diligently

Provide adhoc admin support to the HR team on all project work.

Handling all enquiries via telephone, email or post.

Taking minutes and notes at meetings.

Updating HR/Recruitment database.

The right person will be able to demonstrate:

General administration and HR experience in a busy office environment.
Experience in a HR department.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Planning and Organisation skills

Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 8:45am to 5pm and Friday 8:45am to 4pm
