Employee Relations Advisor 12 month Fixed Term Contract
(CIPD Level 5 + Relevant Experience required, CIPD Level 7 preferred)
Employee Relations Consultants required to advise across complex Case Work and ER enquiries in a fast-paced HR Shared Services Centre. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and fast paced team.

- Can you concurrently manage multiple complex ER cases across varying levels of priority?
- Is your attitude customer centric and always focussed on delivering best employee relations advice that leads to best outcomes for your stakeholder’s?
- Are you an expert in employment legislation and its application in a commercial environment?
- Do you remain composed and consistently provide high quality advice regardless of case volumes or pressures, with your natural relationship skills enabling you to influence and calm others in stressful situations or discussions?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious and well established team and play a pivotal role in providing internal stakeholders with effective and professional employee relations advice to an appropriate outcome, including risk analysis and recommendation for action / improvement.
We aim to ensure that our HR Shared Service team delivers a great service to our customers, this role is therefore key to our business and will require someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working on a fast paced help-desk and CIPD Level 7 qualified essential
