Our client based in Birmingham is looking for a Completions Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will hold a strong administration background.
As a Completions Coordinator your duties will consist of:
- Building and maintain customer relationship from exchange of contracts through to legal completion
- Communicate regular milestone updates to the customer
- Acting as the point of contact between sales and after sales post legal completion teams
- Liaise with internal teams such as delivery and project
- Arrange home demonstration and handover appointments
- Attend regular project meetings to ensure schedules are up to date at all times
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a strong administration background
- Be organised and proactive
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be able to build relationships quickly and effectively
£20 -25,000 per annum
