Here at Wallis Lynch we are working with a Warwickshire based client to recruit a Financial Controller to oversee the Finance function of the business.
In this role crucial to the business, you will be in control of the preparation of management accounts, profit and loss, balance sheet reconciliations, variance analysis, all accounts payable processing, including ledger close at month end. You will assist in budgeting and cash flow forecasting. The role will include the supervision of the assistant financial controller.
As the ideal candidate for the role you will have a keen eye for detail and exceptionally high standards. You will be a strong leader and people manager who can manage, develop and motivate the team. Ideally you will have 3 years of hotel experience. It is preferable that you will be part qualified within CIMA, ACCA or equivalent.
