A HR Manager role, up to £50k, Coventry, has arisen. This is an exciting time to join this SME in a time of organic growth. Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be leading on some key projects around engagement, succession planning, reviewing reward, as well as generalist responsibilities including Recruitment and Employee Relations.
As an experienced HR Manager, you will be able to demonstrate where you have proactively worked with your current organisation and senior stakeholders, been responsible for leading on Engagement Surveys, Succession Plans, Reward, Employee Relations and Recruitment.
