Our HR Advisor role focusing on employee experience will offer you the opportunity to lead and support on key projects which link into our overall people strategy, including engagement surveys, wellbeing initiatives and equality, diversity and inclusion. Where required, you’ll also lead on cases including disciplinary, grievance and long term absence Working closely with a HR Business Partner, you’ll also be responsible for:

  • Re-writing and updating HR policies in line with our EVP, best practice and changing legislation
  • Incorporating compliance with financial services regulation into day to day HRBP processes, such as disciplinary cases and restructures
  • Managing relationships with key third party suppliers

You’ll be committed to doing the right thing for our people. Experienced in project management and with a flair for creativity, you’ll seek opportunities to identify changes that can positively impact on how people feel about working at the Society.. Ideally CIPD qualified, you’ll have previous experience within a generalist HR role and up-to-date knowledge of HR and employment legislation. Other skills and experience will include:

  • outstanding storytelling and communication skills
  • Building strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Supporting HR and society-wide projects
