As an Information Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for providing first and second level IT support, in both office and manufacturing environments.
This will entail training end-users and providing maintenance of IT equipment. In addition, you will be responsible for building and configuring IT hardware and utilising an IT service desk tool to log and process calls. Further to this, you will work to troubleshoot IT infrastructure issues where necessary.
You will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within an IT technical support role. in addition, you will have excellent desktop and users support skills, as well as an advanced understanding of Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience of a service desk environment would be highly beneficial, and you will have a passion for technology, as well as a desire to learn and develop a career within IT.
There is a competitive basic salary on offer for this position, which will be reviewed after the first 6 months.
This is a full-time, permanent role, whereby you will work 38 hours per week.
Flexible working is required for this position and overtime may be required on occasion, including some weekends.
