What will your objectives be as an Operational Support Analyst?
You will assist in the effective delivery of all data processing services which include transactions directly polled by the company, transactions delivered by third parties and the collection and delivery of stop list data. You will also enable and support Keyfuels card acceptance in our network of sites in both non-owned and owned terminals.
What do we require from you?
It would be great if you had a working knowledge of an IBM AS/400 environment but it is not a requirement. We are looking for people who have the right attitude and dedication from the very start.
- Ability to work 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
- We want you to have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially excel
- Be confident on the phone along with a good level of IT literacy
- You will be self motivated and have great time management skills
