The Role: Based from home in the Midlands, the new Technical Sales Manager will be selling into the industrial process sector, operating in a both account management and business development capacity in areas such as metalworking, food processing and automotive manufacturing. You will be talking to engineers, purchasers and board level executives, targeted on volume and margin and offering a wide range of specialist lubricants.

They are now looking to expand their sales team with this search for a new Technical Sales Manager in the Midlands, to benefit from working for an International acquisitive firm with nearly a century of trading history behind them.

For this Technical Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Strong field sales background
  • A strong technical knowledge is essential, ideally an engineering or chemistry degree
  • You will have a track record of selling into the industrial process industry
  • Driven and enthusiastic sales people with a liking for business development
