One of the world's largest corporate insurance broking firms is seeking an experienced, knowledgeable Client Executive to manage an established portfolio including some of the region's most lucrative cases.

The Company

·This major global corporate is one of the leading names in the insurance broking world, known as a market leader across a range of corporate and specialist lines, respected for their driven, entrepreneurial approach.
·This role exist within the Corporate division, working with larger, more complex accounts requiring genuine bespoke insurance and risk management solutions.
·As would expect from a business of this size, the opportunities and rewards available to high achievers are significant.

The Role

·You will join an established team in Birmingham with responsibility for managing a panel of large (including some international) corporate clients, taking the lead with senior level relationships and decision makers to ensure ongoing account growth.
·With all the tools you'd expect from a genuine market leader, as well as support from in-house administrative, sales, claims and broking functions, your role will be to focus on management and growth of your panel which includes a range of household names.
·The role will see you involved with the design of bespoke insurance and risk management solutions as well as negotiations and implementation across the client piece.


·You will bring strong working knowledge of commercial and corporate insurance programmes, as well as the strong communication and negotiation skills to trade with multiple contacts as blue-chip organisations.
·Your experience will have been gained within a broking organisation and you will demonstrate a track record of effectively managing accounts to exceed client expectations and ensure renewal/account growth.
·You will be committed to your personal development, either ACII qualified or working towards.
