Do you have excellent attention to detail and experience of dealing with travel documents, amendments and admin? If you have a solid background in travel and experience of customer service, this could be just what you are looking for! A leading independent retail travel company is keen to recruit a Customer Service Advisor on a full or part-time basis for their Walsall branch. This is an exciting opportunity to join this well established travel company!

- Dealing with customer service, both over the phone and in person at their Walsall branch
- Taking customer complaints and responding to them both verbally and in writing
- Investigate the complaint and feedback to the customer
- Resolve the complaint and aim to get repeat business
- Dealing with related administration
- Dealing with travel documents, amendments and cancellations
- Ensuring attention to detail at all times

We are looking for someone with a travel industry background, such as a travel consultant though not essential The position is for full time. You will have previous experience of resolving customer complaints and good people skills with excellent attention to detail.
