The HR Division of SF Group are currently recruiting for a HR Assistant for their client based in Derby. The client offer a successful business to work for, a welcoming team and a developmental opportunity for the right candidate.
The HR Assistant will be involved in a generalist role supporting with recruitment, writing of policies and procedures, implementing the procedures through the business by developing relationships, writing of contracts and sending these to new starters, taking right to work documentation from new hires, taking references, arranging internal meetings with senior managers and HR, updating employee systems, sorting probation reviews with line managers and general upkeep of the HR files and documentation.
The HR Assistant will have a background in HR, be well organised and a strong administration and organisational background. This is a great opportunity for someone with HR knowledge to develop their skills, this is a temporary to permanent role and therefore the candidate must be immediately available or available at short notice.
