Provide support to the Recruitment Partner in producing job descriptions, person specifications, job details and advertisements.
Ensuring that any internal candidates, "at risk" are aware of relevant vacancies so that they may receive priority consideration.
Participating at external events such as recruitment fairs as and when required
Using vacancy manager to deliver a wide range of correspondence eg invitation letters, reference requests, interview details, rejection letters
Arranging interview panels, and liaising with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process
Carrying out pre-employment checks
- Must have recently worked in a recruitment administration role
- Must have provided HR administrative support
- Must be aware of employment law
- Must have worked in a customer focused environment
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft office
- Good attention to detail
