Newcross Healthcare are one of the UK’s leading providers of temporary staffing solutions to the healthcare and homecare sector. You will design and lead the development, marketing and sales offering of both our “establishment” and “Complex Care” solutions, to a wide range of diverse clients across the UK, ensuring achievement to necessary revenue targets and performance/quality KPI’s.
Take strategic action to grow new business streams in partnership with our new branch opening schedule.
Fully investigate & understand our market position and propose appropriate pricing/cost management & sales strategy to ensure required activity/results and margins are achieved.
The role will involve frequent travel to business locations throughout the Midlands with some overnight stays.
Proven experience in similar Business Development at senior UK level
Proven track record of personal target achievement
Sound prior knowledge of Care provision
Self-starter with high personal energy
High level customer service skills
Ability to effectively manager time and projects and influence others to achieve necessary targets
Full current driving license and ability to travel across UK
What’s on offer….
Basic salary up to £40,000, OTE of £20,000
28 days Annual Leave (inc bank holidays) rising to 33 after 12 months
