Bell Cornwall Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, a professional organisation based in Lichfield city centre. They are looking for an account manager/administrator to join their growing team. If you have the ability to work under pressure within a fast paced, ever-changing environment then this could be the opportunity for you!

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as first point of contact for clients
  • Extensive minute taking for client meetings
  • Preparing meeting packs and papers
  • Dealing with client enquiries via email
  • Answering the telephone in a professional manner
  • Processing applications

Key requirements:

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
  • Excellent administrative skills with proven experience
  • Advanced IT skills
  • Outstanding communication skills
