To support the Sales team in ensuring that all new sales are accurately recorded within the CRM and internal systems

Duties:

  • To manage and administer the entering of new sales including broker work onto the system
  • To manage and administer the entering of new sales into the system
  • To liaise with service to ensure new contracts are sited
  • To manage the process of providing notice to the incumbent contractor
  • To undertake credit checks and ensure integrity of information provided
  • The manage and file all contracts in electronic form
  • To enter customer details into system
  • To enter the customer details into IWS
  • To check all new customer details and ensure that contracts sheet has been completed in full
  • To check the accuracy of the customer details with particular regards to post codes, SIC codes, Company name and Company Registration Number
  • To update Gains and check outstanding on a weekly basis
  • To ensure that all contracts that are sent to Service for siting are actioned and returned
  • Any other reasonable task as may be required from time to time
  • To process contract cancellations from key accounts

Experience required:

  • Excellent administration skills
  • Strong IT skills using Microsoft office applications
  • Previous sales support and/or customer service experience is essential
  • Excellent level of written and oral communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000 dependant on experience
