Due to an internal service redesign, we are now looking to recruit Legal Assistants to work in the heart of the city centre on a temporary basis on an on-going basis. Your new role
As a Legal Assistant, you will be based out of the City Centre and be responsible for providing support to the legal department in preparing documentation and reviewing documents and caseloads. You will be covering a wide range of diverse issues within the councils remit. You will also be required to complete general office duties including administration.
What you'll need to succeed
It is essential that you have a good understanding of legal processes and procedures and be able to convey information clearly and concisely in writing and also face to face. You will be able to work as a member of a team, but also under your own initiative and be able to manage your own workload.
