My client is currently recruiting for a Part Time Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

The role as a Receptionist will involve:

• Taking telephone calls

• Delegating telephone calls

• Meeting and greeting clients

• Ensuring all visitors complete the correct documents

• Complete general administration

• Distribute postal deliveries within the head office

• Communicate with internal and external members

The working hours are 12-5:15 Monday to Friday (with a 1 hour early finish on Friday).
