IT Field Sales Executive
Our client is a well established IT & Telecoms provider who is experiencing rapid growth and development, they are looking for a talented individual with proven sales experience to work within their vibrant sales team where you will be selling and demonstrating products and services.
This role would suit a target driven, goal orientated individual who also wants to 'make a difference’ by working for a company that strives to raise the standard of care in the UK
- Calling to introduce the company to new organisations.
- Calling into new prospects to introduce the benefits of using the technology.
- Profiling the prospect and identifying the decision makers.
- Maintaining the bespoke CRM system.
- Follow up on leads / enquires generated from marketing
- Working to weekly activity targets
Full product training will be provided from day one in addition to ongoing support from our friendly sales team. The right attitude and personality is just as important as the sales experience you will bring to the business.
- Ideally you have a degree in any discipline
- 3 - 5 years proven track record of B2B sales (Telesales or Field Sales) ideally from a technology background, less experienced will be considered.
- Able to communicate with varying levels of decision maker
- Ability to work to targets / KPI’s
- Gifted communicator
- Instant rapport builder
- Ability to demonstrate IT and Telephony services
- Comfortable in demonstrating services via WebEx and in person
- The ability to communicate confidently at all levels and overcome sales obstacles effectively
- Be a competitive team player and have the desire to succeed
- Used to worked to target / KPI’s
- Possess honesty, Integrity and self-motivation
The role offers asalary of £20k with a very achievable £75k on target earnings, plus a company car, gym, pension.
