Our client is looking for passionate customer service advisors to answer incoming calls from existing customers.
Using your natural people skills you will be required to build a great conversation with the customer, resolve their queries and ensure they are left with a smile on their face. Providing quality customer care throughout the customer’s time with the company and maintaining excellent relationships.
As a Customer Advisor what skills & experience will I need?
- Possess the ability to handle complex or difficult telephone enquiries
- Upselling & cross selling
- Demonstrate the ability to problem solve and effectively resolve customer expressions of dissatisfaction
- Possess the ability to give fantastic customer service, be driven and able to show excellent communication skills.
- Great listening skills!
- The ability to build rapport with customers
Hours - Shift patterns between Monday and Sunday
