Purchase Ledger Clerk
A rapidly-growing, well-established company based in Burton are looking to recruit an Purchase Ledge Clerk to join them on a permanent basis.
The role sits within a busy finance function and will be supported by the qualified accountants. Duties included in the Purchase Ledger Clerk role are: -
- Purchase Ledger
- Matching and coding invoices
- Processing invoices
- Statement reconciliation
- Supplier payment runs
- Posting of monthly nominal journals
- Other ad hoc duties as required
Applicants should have previous experience working in a similar position, with good knowledge of finance and be able to work to their own initiative.
In return the company are offering a salary £16,000 to £18,000 depending on experience, normal hours of work are 9:00 - 5:00pm with 1-hour lunch, free parking and 25 days holiday a year plus bank holidays.
