Due to the new partnership between Birmingham City Council and Hays, we are now looking to recruit a Concierge for the Birmingham city centre and surrounding areas. Your new role
As a Concierge you will be working within a residential area to support our residents and visitors. You will be part of the public sector on behalf of a lucrative council who are very passionate about their public services and reputation. You will focus on the security of residents and visitors attending/leaving the building.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have strong past experience as a concierge or come from a background in security. Due to the nature of the role you may be required to work 12 hour shifts. You will need to perform routine inspections of site areas and monitor visitors with the CCTV systems therefore it is crucial that you obtain a CCTV qualification and SIA badge.
