Finance Administrator for Exceptional Charity
An outstanding charitable organisation, based in Birmingham city centre, are currently seeking a Finance Assistant to join the successful and growing team.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a pro-active and hard-working individual to join the team immediately on an ongoing temporary basis!
This role will involve being the first point of call for all client and department queries, maintaining all payroll and finance administration, creating New Starter details using HR Opera, ensuring all correspondence is accurate and update; new starter forms, leaver forms, pay records and pension details.
The ideal candidate must have a wealth of finance experience, be confident and flexible, professionally and ready to hit the ground running! You must possess previous experience using payroll and HR systems, specifically use of Opera.
